Since 2001, Tibor has led Bluecap, actively engaging in a wide range of financial services. His expertise includes optimizing pension plans for companies, coaching on financial products, promoting funds to institutions, assessing private equity deals, and managing private client portfolios.

Recognized as a resourceful expert in finance, he has recently focused on sustainable solutions that align with his vision of a better future.

A scout at heart with an altruistic worldview and an entrepreneurial mindset, Tibor dedicates his time and energy to projects that aim to create a more sustainable world, where individuals find self-fulfillment and contribute positively to society. 

He also consults start-ups and serves on several start-up boards. Tibor holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).
